Take Flight Group is thrilled to announce the latest addition to its fleet: a fully-renovated CL-604 that has undergone a remarkable transformation, with improved avionics, an eye-catching interior, and a striking new exterior paint. The result? A statement-making aircraft that is stylish, safe, and future-ready.
This addition expands Take Flight Group’s fleet capacity and allows us to accommodate a maximum of 12 passengers instead of the previous 9, meaning larger parties have more cabin space, and we can continue to uphold our promise of delivering legendary experiences.
Avionics Upgrades for Safety and Efficiency
The flight deck now boasts the advanced Collins Aerospace Pro Line Fusion, complete with full-colour touchscreen displays. With the addition of Synthetic Vision System (SVS), our pilots feel more confident flying over challenging terrain, even during nighttime approaches. The Wide-Area Augmentation System-Localizer Performance with Vertical Guidance (WAAS LPV) improves GPS accuracy for more precise landings.
Integration of Future Air Navigation Systems (FANS) facilitates seamless pilot-ATC communication, ensuring operational smoothness even in challenging airspace. Lastly, the new Gogo Aviation AVANCE L5 provides pilots and passengers with unparalleled internet access, data transfer, and entertainment options.
This remarkable charterable aircraft offers a host of exceptional features and amenities. The cabin received a state-of-the-art Collins Venue Cabin Management System (CMS) to replace outdated systems. This upgrade includes a 10.6″ Galley monitor, 10 TC 6000 touchscreen controls, two 24-inch LCD screens on the bulkheads, and an HD Airshow with Moving Maps. The addition of two High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) ports and Bluetooth audio streaming ensures a seamless and enjoyable in-flight experience. Further, the cabin’s audio system was enhanced with top-of-the-line Alto Aviation speakers, designed to cater to even the most discerning audiophiles.
Customized Interior and Exterior
The CL-604’s new interior is a bespoke and visually stunning space. Its upholstery boasts a two-tone club seat design with a charcoal gray divan featuring quilted panels and metallic leather piping. The interior is adorned with elegant gloss-finished, Black Ebony veneer, exuding sophistication and class. The aircraft’s exterior is nothing short of jaw-dropping, with black carbon fibre-print ultra leather covering the PSU, along with contrasting gunmetal gray plating, creating a bold visual impact. To add an extra touch of exclusivity, the customer’s logo was airbrushed onto one of the upper galley doors.
When the aircraft was delivered, the moment was filled with a mix of excitement and pride as the managing party and Take Flight Group President, Vik Saini, took in the extraordinary transformation. This aircraft marks a milestone for Take Flight Group and our centers in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. As we expand our horizons, this aircraft amplifies our capabilities and underscores our dedication to excellence.
